It is perfectly normal for the base to have a little lateral play after assembly. The material has a certain thickness tolerance, and I cannot adjust each base to within a tenth of a millimetre. This play has absolutely no effect on the strength and poses no risk whatsoever, especially since once the ship is placed on top, nothing moves.

My Millennium Falcon was handled a great many times during the design of the prototype, but also for the photos on this web page, which explains why some elements in the photos do not appear to be in their proper place. This is in no way due to the placement of the ship on the base.

Soclabrick cannot be held responsible for any breakage of the base or the ship falling. Crash tests have been carried out and have shown that the ship cannot fall off its base on its own (in fact, it does not fall at all). Children have been running around it for several years without any incidents.

Please remember to ensure that your shelf can support the weight of the ship.

It is possible to position the cockpit facing downwards, but this is not recommended, as the ship is not perfectly symmetrical and I quickly noticed that some parts were starting to come apart. If this position is absolutely what you need and you ignore this warning (or reinforce it in your own way), be aware that you will also need to move the figurine base a little further forward because the cockpit gets in the way.
